WARRANTY

KLASSE14 offers a two year warranty on our ( +W ) Watch products upon purchase from klasse14.com or an authorized KLASSE14 dealer. The warranty covers manufacturing faults on the watch itself, including the watch movement, case and/or strap. KLASSE14 reserves the right of the final decision on all warranty requests.

The two years warranty will NOT include the following:

- Damage resulting from impact, accidents, mishandling or abuse (eg: dropping or smashing)
- Damage caused by exceeding the limit of water resistance
- any ( +J ) Jewelry product and ( +S ) Strap product 

RETURNS

In the unfortunate event that you need to request for a refund, exchange or repair, please email us at web@klasse14.com.

In the email, please specify your name, address, the product number (written on the warranty card), and describe the reason for refund, exchange or repair. Pictures of the watch featuring the defect, where applicable, will be required. KLASSE14 will then provide further instructions to proceed with your request.

 

14 DAY REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds / Exchanges will only be considered within 14 days of your purchase. The product must returned with the original packaging, not worn to KLASSE14. Upon receiving the item, it will be inspected. KLASSE14 will reply with the status of your refund/exchange by email, we will either replace the item or fully refund the amount paid within the next 30 days if eligible.

*Any products that have requested personalization services (including embossing and engraving) are not subject to return.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not allow any cancellations once an order has been dispatched. Once you have received your order, you may then apply for a refund, return or exchange. To Cancel an order please email us at web@klasse14.com - Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by KLASSE14 by email.

* The returner is responsible for any shipping charges incurred
* If the damage or defect is caused by the customer, KLASSE14 reserves the right to refuse any refund, exchange or repair request
* Battery replacement request will be considered but KLASSE14 reserves the right to charge a fee for the battery replacement
* During repair, the case, dial, glass or strap of a watch may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available
* Warranty does NOT include the following:

- Damage resulting from impact, accidents, mishandling or abuse (eg: dropping or smashing)

- Damage caused by exceeding the limit of water resistance

- Straps that were sold separately are not covered by the product warranty
